Contemporary rental home update

A property that needed no structural or layout changes, built in the 1980's and enjoyed for 2 decades as an older couple's home. The new owners' brief was to update and refresh the whole interior to appeal to professionals looking to rent.

Two bathrooms were redesigned and replaced. A new kitchen was fitted, a walk-in-wardrobe/ dressing room added, a contemporary wood-burning stove replaced an open fire and the entire property was redecorated in light, neutral tones.

The small lawned garden was redesigned into an attractive, low maintenance additional outdoor 'room' - creating space for alfresco dining and relaxing - extremely appealing to the professional rental market.
